Providersx receiving the $50,000 grants are: Monter Vista Medical Clinic in MonteVista (Rio Grande for health information technology. Miramonrt Family Medicine in Wellington (Larime r County), for equipment and Dolores County Health Association Community Health Clinic in DoveCreek (Dolores County), for physicianj improvements.
