billion chip fab marked the startg ofa two-year-long construction process for the Sunnyvale, company. As many as 1,600 workers will be employed duringthe two-year construction process. The chip fab is expected to open in 2012 andemploy 1,400 people when it’ running at full capacity in 2014.
