Putnam kicks off joint venture with PanAgora, Integra Capital - Boston Business Journal:

Called Putnam PanAgora Integra it was named for the threecompanies Putnam, in Boston, and of Oakville, Ontario. The venturew will provide institutional investors will provide equitygand fixed-income products from Putnam, which uses so-called fundamentao strategies in its funds, and which manages money using quantitative formulas. Integra, provides the venture with a knowledge of the Canadiamn institutionalinvestment market. Putnam Investments, a unit of New York's MMC), has approximately $194 billion in assets under PanAgora, with about $13.4 billionm in assets under management, is jointly ownee by Putnam and Nippon LifeInsurancew Co. in Japan.
Integra, in additio n to offering investment products to institutional andindividua investors, also provides administrative and record keepingf services to defined contribution plan sponsors.
