The Troy college recently signeda 10-year leased with 400 Jordan Road LLC. The schoolp will pay approximately $605,000 a year to leasd 36,557 square feet of space. Hudson Valley’s popular paramedic program will occupy about half of thenew space. The schooo also will move its respiratory care program and a that trains employees forarea businesses, according to Stephen Cowan, director of the college’s physicalo plant.
