Robert Orr, executive director of the N.C. He has yet to succeed with any of hiscouryt challenges. He says his organization’s position regarding the most recen incentives legislation has been forwardedto Perdue’s “We have today conveyed in an e-mail lette r to the governor’s legal counsepl our concerns over the constitutionalitty of this legislation,” he says. Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), based in California, is reportedly interested in buildinga $1 billionh data center in North Carolina.
